Wholesale

We've stocked Elyra at the café for two summers running. Top-selling cold item, every time. The wholesale process is smooth and they always give us a heads up before restocks.

Corporate Event

Catered our 75-person company picnic. Easy from first email to pickup, and people are still asking when we're ordering again. The coconut one stole the show.

How to Order

1

Reach Out

Send an inquiry below or shoot us a text. Tell us the date, how many bars you'll need, and what the event is. Give us at least 48 hours.

2

Confirm the Details

We get back to you within a day, by whatever channel you prefer. We finalize flavors, quantity, and how the bars are getting to you. A deposit holds the date.

3

Fresh For Your Event

Your paletas arrive fresh, packed in insulated bags with dry ice. They'll hold for two to three hours of transport. Balance due on pickup or delivery.

How we make them

From the cream we buy to the way we freeze the bars, we keep it simple.

01 / 03

Thick, Not Watery

Heavy cream, Mexican crema, and condensed milk. No water base. That's what gives the bite a fudgy feel instead of crunchy ice.

02 / 03

Real Fruit, Not Syrup

We blend real fruit, then strain it through a fine sieve or cheesecloth so the texture stays silky. Strawberries lose their seeds, mango loses its fibers. No concentrates, no syrups.

03 / 03

Like Abuelita Made It

Small batches in a 20-cavity stainless steel mold. Frozen overnight, never rushed. The way it's done at home, just at higher volume.

Common Questions

How much should I order?
Every event is different. Tell us how many people you're feeding and what kind of event it is. We'll suggest a number. For retail partners, we start small and scale up once you see what moves.
How far in advance should I order?
Forty-eight hours is ideal for catering so we can plan the batch. For walk-up orders, just text us. If we have them, they're yours. We usually sell out by early evening, especially on weekends.
Do you deliver?
Yes, throughout Ulster County for catering and wholesale orders. We confirm the specifics when you reach out. Walk-up orders are pickup-only at the stand. Everything for transport gets packed in insulated bags with dry ice.
How do they stay frozen during transport?
Insulated bags with dry ice. Two to three hours of summer heat doesn't faze them. Plenty of time to get to your event or store.
Can I get samples for my shop or event?
Yes, for shops and event planners considering wholesale or catering. Use the form below and write "samples" in the notes. We'll coordinate a time to get them to you fresh.
Any allergens or dietary info I should know?
All three flavors are cream-based, so all three contain dairy. They're naturally gluten-free. Coco Loco contains coconut (obviously). If you have guest allergies to plan around, tell us when you reach out and we'll walk you through every ingredient.
